Read nutrition labels, study them, know how much carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber you’re getting. Familiarize yourself with serving sizes and don’t let labels trick you! Keeping track of everything you eat, including the serving size, assures that you’re not consuming too many or too few calories. It also makes you conscious of “mindless eating or snacking” if every time you grab a chip you have to log it!
