Just because you worked out hard it doesn’t mean you can eat whatever you want!! You can be FIT AND FAT! the harder you work, the more sensible you need to be about nutrition, in terms of performance, recovery and weight loss or gain! If not it's self sabotage!
Get Enough Protein!
If you’re working out hard, try to eat at least 80 grams of protein each day. This will aid in your recovery time and build muscle!
